FMCG sector கு எப்போவும் Demand steadyஆ இருக்குனு தெரிஞ்சதும், அதிகமானவர்கள் அந்த companies shares வாங்க ஆரம்பிச்சாங்க அதனால் price உயர்ந்தது.
அடுத்தது real estate sector இங்கே முக்கியம் “interest rate”. Interest rate குறையலாம் (loan interest குறையும்)ன்னு expectation வந்தா, மக்கள் வீடு வாங்க அதிகமாக interest காட்டுவாங்க.
